licensed: Macrium Reflect loads functions faster and seems to run smoother overall in the licensed version. I wish to add an observation regarding patched vs. ReDeploy works (side story: didn't help my initial problem though, transferring an image from an Intel Gen 6 platform to an Intel Evo Gen 11 Platform using Optane - ReDeploy did integrate the correct drivers, but the target system would still BSOD with an intel Optane triggered fault) - well spent money, I will be using this more often now. I now bought a 4x pack License and shared it with some 3 friends.

The language used in the software is difficult to understand for people who are not technically minded. While Macrium has a well-designed user interface, it suffers from a problem. This characteristic is beneficial because it means the whole computer will retain all the same capabilities of the old. When restoring the PC, in contrast to Aomei, the old data on the drive will be overwritten.
This feature differs from that of the paid Home version, which uses incremental imaging. The imaging can be done while the PC is running, and all these are completed with differential images.
